職位描述

崗位職責(zé):
BASF is currently building a new Verbund site in Zhanjiang, Guangdong province. Announced in July 2018 and officially commenced in November 2019, BASF Zhanjiang Verbund Site Project would be operated under the sole responsibility of BASF. BASF Zhanjiang Verbund site would ultimately be built into a role model for smart manufacturing and sustainable production by utilizing the digital technologies and applying the high safety standards.

What you can expect

In this position, you are responsible for promoting the safety behavior and standards of contractors. Supervise and lead the contractors to follow the safety rules on-site, and regular safety review and audit on contractors.

Main tasks

1. 評估承包商的安全表現(xiàn), 審查高風(fēng)險工作的工作安全分析（JSA）和工作計劃；
2. 監(jiān)督承包商現(xiàn)場表現(xiàn)，協(xié)調(diào)安全簡報和工作許可流程；
3. 主導(dǎo)事故報告與調(diào)查，提供關(guān)鍵任務(wù)的安全服務(wù);
4. 與承包商溝通安全社區(qū)和最佳實踐，優(yōu)化承包商管理系統(tǒng)；
5. 確保對員工和承包商進行安全作業(yè)程序和法規(guī)的培訓(xùn);
6. 識別不安全行為與條件，進行風(fēng)險評估和事故調(diào)查，確保安全工作環(huán)境。

Job requirements

1. 教育背景：安全相關(guān)、工程或化學(xué)專業(yè)本科及以上學(xué)歷;
2. 工作經(jīng)驗：3年以上化工公司安全角色或承包商管理經(jīng)驗;
3. 具備安全工程師證書;
4. 良好的英語讀寫能力。
